What was the highlight of Arabella Azur Resort

Best labyrinth hotel that doesn't serve drinks after midnight. Still very good though.

Hotel facilities and food variety were awesome. Rooms were clean and staff was helpful.

For people going to this hotel the bar is not free after 12.00 so be sure to take more drinks to stock your table before midnight. We did not know that and it was a huge disappointment for us. Hotel architecture is very confusing you can find yourself out of hotel while trying to find dinner area, it takes time to master.

Super awesome experience. Must see

All facilities at the resort was great. Had a relaxing and enjoyable time. The grill restaurant and staff was amazing. The adventure guides were amazing, lots of activity to do. We will visit again.

The bazaar and curo shops stunk of cigarette smoke and the prices of the items are exorbitantly priced. Feel ridiculously exploited as a tourist. I rather supported the stores outside of the resort. They wanted to charge me 350EGP for a postage stamp for example. That same same is 30EGP at egypt post and was willing to pay 100EGP at outside store.

Wouldn’t go back again.

It’s a very large hotel. Rooms were not what we booked but it got sorted in the end. Had no hot water which was quickly fixed, room were very clean & comfortable . The food wasn’t great tho.

How crowed the place was. They have signs saying no reserving of sun beds but everyone had towns out by 5am. It shouldn’t have been allowed.

Would stay again for the convenience of the Excellent!!! dive resort being onsite.

Secure gated facilities, excellent dive shop/charter on site. Convenient to shops in town.

All inclusive (here) means something a little less than what I’m accustomed to. The buffet style meals, while decent quality, left quite a bit to be desired.

Bay a little bit extra and book Belair.

Staff was friendly. Food was good.

Mosquitoes are wild at night. Rooms are not up to the level, just ok. No possibility to get an iron from the reception. No safe/locker in room. Overall, the hotel is the least one out of the three hotels in Azur chain compared to Belair and Arabia.

The place to relax

Food is yummy with a variety of choices and a great taste. Building and room designs are amazing if you're into simplicity with an authentic traditional touch. Location is perfect.

I didn't feel a strong presence for the animation team, I believe they are a cool group who can spice things up a notch :)

Totally relaxing and comfortable. Very well kept and beautiful premesis

This hotel is absolutely phantastic. It has been our second time there and will surely not be our last time. It is excellent value for money. All the people working in the premedis were extremely nice. Soltan in the reception gave us a gorgeous room. Thank you Soltan. We also loved the sandwiches on the beach with French fries and salad! The coral beach was beautiful. Saw some unusual Red Sea fishes while snorkling there. The rooms are clean. I highly recommend this place to all my friends.

Very friendly staff in reception , beach , pool and ( the grill ) resturant , specially Mr Moamen in the reception The sea view room was in section D , is something to die for , i was nearly setting in my room with the feeling of setting on beach . Great location and facilities. Very nice program and entertainment. Food is generally good.

Reception staff needs more training, especially regarding their attitude with Egyptians. This is probably a cultural problem. Food quality could be better.

Perfect vacation

It's very nice and diffrent in its style than any other hotel and good location, the service was very good, the staff was very welcoming, flaxible and supportive. Soltan(at the reception ) was very organised and supportive in both check in and out.
